Space to think

We spend our lives attending meetings with other people. But what if the most important meeting is the one that’s missing from your diary?

We live in a world that constantly encourages us to do more and consume more. However, I believe what many of us need most isn’t more content, but more connection and space. Space to pause. Space to reflect. Space to reconnect with what really matters.

That simple idea was the inspiration behind the Seeds of Wisdom membership community that I launched in June 2025.

Over the past year, a group of thoughtful professionals have gathered with me each month to step away from the noise and create intentional time for reflection, conversation and personal growth. Some of the topics we delved into included – ‘Navigating Change’, ‘Inspiration’, ‘Imposter Syndrome’, ‘Returning to Confidence’ and ‘Staying true to yourself in professional settings’.
In addition, every Monday morning, ‘Seeds of Wisdom‘ arrives in your inbox, a 2-3-minute read offering encouragement, insight and practical focus before the working week gathers pace.

What members say

Existing community members consistently tell me that what they value most is having a dedicated timeout. They appreciate having a regular opportunity to reconnect with themselves and to learn (and sometimes unlearn and relearn!) something new.

As one member recently said –
“The shared insights, reflection prompts and coaching questions powerfully challenge and shift my perspective and mindset. I always leave each monthly session with tangible takeaways and a renewed sense of clarity and energy for the month ahead.” (Carol M)

Another described the weekly Seeds of Wisdom reflections as -“Concise, engaging and always deeply thought-provoking.”

What does Membership include?

  • A live online reflective gathering each month (with recordings available if you cannot attend).
  • A new Seeds of Wisdom reflection every Monday morning.
  • Complimentary access to special workshops I run during the year including SOAR2027 my annual flagship workshop.
  • Practical ideas, coaching questions and reflection prompts you can apply immediately in both your personal and professional life.
  • 10% discount on 1-2-1 coaching sessions with me.

Topic we’ll be exploring in 2026-2027

Some of the themes we’ll be exploring over the coming months include:

  • Self-compassion – how to be less tough on yourself
  • How do I stop being a procrastinating, people pleasing perfectionist!
  • Leading others without losing yourself
  • What to do when you don’t know what to do
  • Work-life balance for those who struggle to switch off
  • Why waiting to feel confident doesn’t work
  • The courage to be seen
  • Goodbye self-improvement, hello self-understanding

These themes may evolve as the year unfolds, allowing me to respond to what members are experiencing and what feels most relevant at the time.

Membership now open

If this resonates with you, membership is now open and I’d be delighted to welcome you.
The investment is €249, providing a full year of weekly reflections, monthly gatherings and additional member benefits.
While membership will be open periodically throughout the year, I also expect to introduce dedicated enrolment periods going forward, allowing new members to begin the journey together.

Space to think

If you’re looking for another online course, or more information to consume, this may not be for you. If, however, you’re looking for a thoughtful space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself, supported by practical insights and meaningful conversation, I would be delighted to welcome you.

What more members have said

“Joining James Sweetman’s Membership Community has been the best thing that I did for myself all last year. I was feeling unanchored from my purpose in life, having spent most of my life working, caring, being there for others. James’s resources and words of wisdom have helped me navigate these waters. There’s been so many nuggets of wisdom that I refer to over and over, that’s why I’m signing up again for next year’s membership.” (Joan M.)

“I love the reflections James shares with us. His words of wisdom resonate a lot.” (M.A)

“Fantastic sessions. As always James gives me loads to think about.” (B.R)

Perhaps the most important meeting in your diary is the one that helps you reconnect with yourself.
